MY AMERICA -- City/State Word Scramble

Hey Kids!

Booker T. Worm had planned to put these word blocks up to show the cities and states where the MY AMERICA diaries take place. But, alas, poor Booker dropped the blocks and broke them. Now he can't remember how they fit together. Can you rearrange the blocks for Booker by putting the two pieces of each city name or state name back together?
