A NOTE FROM BOOKER

Hello!

My next door neighbors are the Reader family. I was teasing their son, Rapid Reader, earlier this afternoon. I read a super good book about a family who moved to a new house one summer. Come to find out, that house was haunted by a ghost. It was a girl ghost that was trying to find her family. She didn't even know she was a ghost, and she thought her own family would be coming home to her. If I tell you too much more, I will give away the whole story. If you want to read a review of THE GHOST SITTER, click here. I told Rapid Reader about the book, and then I teased him that maybe his uncle's lake house will have a ghost in it, too. I really do not think that would happen, but Rapid Reader told me he would spend all summer looking for a ghost.

And now for my news this week...

The heroines of this newest book from the author of FRINDLE will leave readers feeling breathless at all the things these two girls manage to accomplish. Best friends Natalie Nelson and Zoe Reisman prove that opposites attract…and create powerful results. Natalie is the quiet one of the pair, a born writer who has been working on a novel that is almost finished. Zoe is the talker who gets things done, and woe to anyone who stands in her way! Click here to read more about this book.

This book takes place all in one day, Terrible Thursday. Everything mushrooms that day, building up to an awful disaster. Kara's father has moved to Santa Barbara for his job. Kara, though, is still in Pasadena with her mother, so she can stay in school. Can Kara hold it off? Read HOW TO BE A REAL PERSON to find out!

Everything around me reminds me of you,
The trees swaying in the breeze,
The beautifully painted sunset over the distantly fading hills.
Everything belongs to you.

Beautiful as it is the world won't last.
The material things of this world will matter no more.
The only thing to matter will be your love,
And everything you have given to us.

Don't run after material things that won't last,
Strive to please God,
And deserve his love,
The only thing that will last.

    My love is sweet
I   can tell every time we meet
My love's eyes are so deep and true
that I could get lost and when my way  was foundI was no longer blue
I could not say who that dreamy love is for I haven't found  him yet
but I know my dream love exsists either somewhere in this world
or in my mindedsoul.

I think your site was amazing!
I love Philip Pullman, and since he is a young adult author I thought you wouldn't have him on your site, but you did! I was a little dissaponited though for
one thing you should add Diana Wynne Jones.......she writes "The Chronicles of
Chrestomanci, " which are truly wonderful even as I am 10! Your site was fascinating.
